So you’re under 30 years of age, and you’re not that concerned about wrinkles and fine lines. Let’s face it. Wrinkles are for older people, right? A better, healthier idea is to save a couple of hours in the week when you can prep your meals for the rest of the week. Think raw vegetables, cut, and ready to go. 4. Be alcohol-free. Alcohol is tough on the skin because it dehydrates it, and over time causes damage. Imbibing significant amounts of alcohol will cause wrinkles and pores to be more visible. The skin loses its natural plumpness and healthy glow.
