Forehead wrinkles can be very noticeable, especially if your hairstyle is not covering that area. Ingest a tablespoon of this oil two to four times in a day. Continue this for a couple of weeks and you should see a difference in the frown lines on your forehead. Flaxseed oil is rich in omega-3 fatty acids and an array of antioxidants. When ingested, these lubricate the skin and plump up the outer layers, thus reducing the fine lines and wrinkles.
Aloe Vera Gel With Egg White:
2 tablespoons fresh aloe vera gel
1 egg white
Mix the egg white and aloe vera gel and apply this concoction on your forehead. Leave it on for 10 to 15 minutes and then rinse with lukewarm water. Apply this pack two to three times a week. Both aloe vera and egg white are rich sources of vitamin E. Aloe vera keeps the skin nourished and supple and it contains malic acid that is known to reduce fine lines. The albumin present in egg white tightens and tones the skin.
Almond Oil or Olive Oil For Forehead Wrinkles:
Apply a few drops of the oil on the forehead and massage for a few minutes. Leave it on. You should do this before going to bed so that the oil works on your skin all night long. Almond oil makes the skin smooth and also rejuvenates it and its emollient property keeps the skin moisturized and hydrated. Olive oil is an excellent moisturizer that hydrates your skin. The gentle massage will improve circulation and massaging will help relax your facial muscles.
